Meet the Tomato Farmers & Film Team

At the base of Kilimanjaro, where Hemingway wrote The Snows of Kilimanjaro, the film team imbeds with farmers. These three fathers’ and their families live in the middle of the “tomato wars” between the elephants and men. It’s a daily struggle of survival. Their largest calamity will be a night-time rampage from Tolstoy and his gang. Meet our small film team, with two local Maasai members, Kire (Director & Camera) and Mike (Sound).
